Our Story
Manso started in a small Miami kitchen with one obsession: to bake the alfajor we missed. Crumbly cookie that melts in your mouth, generous filling, and a chocolate snap you can hear.
Every batch is different because we cook by hand, in small lots, with selected ingredients. We are not chasing volume — we are chasing a feeling.
